  Licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of California in all State Courts as well as by the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

   Received Certificate of Training from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.

  Successfully met the requirements of the United States Department of Transportation as a Certified Operator and Maintenance Technician of the CMI, Inc. Intoxilyzer 5000 series.

   Completed the course Mastering Scientific Evidence in DUI/DWI cases in 2002 and 2003.

   Received Certificate of Completion by Florida International University in Breath Analysis Forensic Workshop.
