Monica Martinez is the most important person, other than your lawyers, that you will be working with concerning your case. She is the Director of Office Services. She oversees all paralegal work, all DMV matters and the logistics of trial preparation. She is, in short, the center of operations among our clients, attorneys, witnesses, experts and investigators. She is the daily master coordinator of all aspects of our clients’ cases. She is your everyday main source of all information pertaining to your case.

Priscilla Montero is our DMV specialist paralegal coordinator. She is responsible for setting and scheduling all DMV per se hearings on behalf of our clients. Because all DMV per se hearings must be set within 10 days of the date of service of the Notice of Suspension, which usually coincides with the date of arrest, it is sometimes difficult to get the very best hearing officer for a given case. Ms. Montero is normally in contact with DMV, both Hearing Departments and Mandatory Actions, on a daily basis and affords our clients the best access to them. She also monitors our DMV discovery rights under the Government Code, coordinates all DMV documentary evidence, all witnesses, police officers and our experts which we may use at your hearing.

Carol Ivy serves as our media consultant and witness preparation expert when required. She is a former television journalist and regularly assists governmental agencies and major corporations on media response.
